Music of Kazu Matsui (Shakuhachi). “The Dream Walk” and “Red Sea”, featuring David Lindley .

I put two tunes from my Shakuhachi albums, “Sign of the Snow Crane” and “Wheels of the sun” with some images on YouTube.  Shakuhachi is the traditional bamboo flute from Japan. Please go into the Deep Forest with the tune, and bring back the ancient memories of ours. We need it.

The Second tune is called “Red See” featuring the legendary David Lindley playing Setars and his famous Slide guitar. I met David through Ry Cooder’s film sessions, Southern Comfort and Alamo Bay. We became good friends and made a whole album together.
